For two people: a handful of cooked prawns per person, cut 2 carrots into matchsticks, spiralize a cucumber, cut a red onion into thin slices, chop a large handful of fresh coriander, now arrange all those on 2 plates with the prawns. For the dressing mix the juice of one lime, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, a sprinkling of dried chilli flakes, 1 chopped garlic clove, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Pour over the plants and prawns and sprinkle over a handful of salted roasted peanuts on top. Enjoy!
