One-to-one nutrition coaching
My mission is to help you establish the right style of eating for the individual you are for long-term optimum health.
I have worked with hundreds of people in nutritional therapy, helping them to change the way they eat and live, so that they can feel great.
Many of us are attached to habits or are unknowingly eating in a style which is unsupportive to our health. We may have health issues which have been going on for years which we can no longer ignore.
I use a 3-prong approach underpinned by:
How to get started:
Email us including a day time phone number and we will ring you to find out what you are looking for help with and make an appointment.
We will ask you to fill in a health questionnaire and food diary before your first appointment so that we get the most out of our first session together.
At our first meeting together we will establish your goals together. I will ask lots of questions to try to understand what could be contributing to the current health picture. This will help prioritise where we start work first.
Lab testing may be appropriate to order so we have data to guide us. I can share the options with you, from microbiome stool testing, to food intolerance, and hormone testing in this first mainly information-gathering session. Data from these tests is used at follow up meetings to individualise your diet and lifestyle.
Follow up sessions
We will meet regularly to systematically roll our your nutrition and lifestyle plan in order to reach your goals.
Many years of working with clients have shown me that positive health results are made when accompanied by expert support along the way, rather than struggling on your own.
It is important to move through the stages of change together and keep you motivated.
We will work together to find solutions that are practical, manageable, and achievable and the right fit for you personally.
You will be asked to fill out a symptoms questionnaire each time we meet to measure progress and see where to focus work next.
Our consultations are in South Molton Street in central London (nearest tube Bond Street Tube). Skype and phone follow ups are available as well as in person.
