What are people saying?
"I really enjoyed the whole experience with the group, and feel your approach to food has made a significant change to me for the first time in my life. I continue to eat in this way, and the effort of preparing food is more than offset by the pleasure of eating it (most of the time!). Any other 'diet' would have me thinking and obsessing about the foods I can't eat; this one has me thinking and planning out the ones I can!"
"Thank you Jeanette for all your help and support. It's so rare to find a nutritionalist who is so down to earth, realistic about what people can manage and who really cares about their clients. You've made food and health seem much less scary and overwhelming. Most of all I feel back in control and as a result am far less anxious."
