About an hour after eating this home-made onion tart with spelt flour and then a tiny piece of ripe mango, my continuous glucose monitor app started beeping and showed the colour amber on this chart. This information taught me that this meal would not be a good choice for keeping my blood sugar stable in future.</image:caption>
