Eat masses of variety of plants, extra virgin olive oil, fermented foods, and good proteins to benefit from better digestion, skin, sleep, energy, and mood.
My method is founded on eating multi-ingredient meals, to nourish your microbiome - that's the kilo and a half of bacteria living principally in your gut. A healthy microbiome keeps weight and digestive symptoms down, mood and energy up. It is linked with glowing beautiful skin, and an improved immune system. When your gut bacteria are being fed the right food (at least 20-30 different varieties of plant foods a week including vegetables, herbs, some fruit, extra virgin olive oil, and fermented foods), you should feel fantastic physically and mentally. In fact, your gut is now dubbed your "second brain". No wonder many people find mental clarity comes with feeding it right!
